Missouri is under a state of emergency tonight, and Governor Jay Nixon is supposed to make a statement at 6 p.m. Central Time. He has called out the National Guard (again) and the FBI has also issued a statement. Something's coming down.
Governor calls State Of Emergency. National Guard waiting. FBI giving warnings. KKK issuing threats.
