The insurance companies are creating their own tombs. Much like the Jews boarding the trains to concentration camps, private insurers are used by the feds to put the system in place because the federal government has no way to set up the exchange.

BOISE – Coeur d’Alene Sen. John Goedde, chairman of the Idaho Senate’s Education Committee, introduced legislation Tuesday to require every Idaho high school student to read Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged” and pass a test on it to graduate from high school.
When Sen. Bob Nonini, R-Coeur d’Alene, asked Goedde why he chose that particular book, Goedde said to laughter, “That book made my son a Republican.”
. . . In recent years, the novel has been touted by conservative commentators including Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck.
“When I read Atlas Shrugged, and it’s been probably 30 years since I read it, but it certainly gives one a sense of personal responsibility,” Goedde said.

I’m beginning to get some evidence from certain doctors and certain scientists that have done research on women’s wombs after they’ve gone through the surgery, and they’ve compared the wombs of women who were on the birth control pill to those who were not on the birth control pill. And they have found that with women who are on the birth control pill, there are these little tiny fetuses, these little babies, that are embedded into the womb. They’re just like dead babies. They’re on the inside of the womb. And these wombs of women who have been on the birth control pill effectively have become graveyards for lots and lots of little babies.

State Sen. Jim Tracy, R-Shelbyville, (TN) has filed a measure that would require women to undergo a “transabdominal ultrasound” and wait at least 24 hours before going forward with an abortion.
. . . “My wife had three babies, and I’ve had the opportunity to see three ultrasounds,” Tracy said. “It’s pretty amazing to see the ultrasounds.”
Critics say the bill calls for a procedure that could be technically unfeasible. Transabdominal ultrasounds, in which a probe is rubbed across the pregnant woman’s belly, often cannot produce an image of a fetus or detect a heartbeat in the first trimester, when the vast majority of abortions take place.

Boy Scout Jamboree of Stupid

. . . if the Boy Scouts open up Camp Sandusky, if the homosexuals are invited into the Boy Scouts to be scout leaders, I would hope there are some families out there that would still be concerned. And not to say that the Gospel shouldn’t make it, tell the homosexuals, they’ve…again, people have come back to us and say, ‘You guys aren’t very loving, you’re not very loving, you know, you don’t want to reach out to these people.’ Just the fact that we don’t want child molesters coming out of our prison system and working with our Boy Scouts doesn’t mean we don’t want people going into the prison system and witnessing the Gospel to the child molesters. I think people have a hard time getting two things in their mind at the same time. Just the fact that you don’t want a serial killer, you know, in your preschool taking care of your little girls and boys doesn’t mean that you don’t love them enough to bring the Gospel to them.

Eric Cantor ~ Failure to Rebrand

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor took this don’t­worry-be-happy strategy seriously, and in a heavily promoted “major” speech to the American Enterprise Institute on Tuesday afternoon, he let the sun shine in.
. . . But the sunny routine was a difficult one for Cantor, who has made a career in Washington of being testy and acidic. His delivery was forced and, as he read his text, he seemed to be reminding himself to grin. As a result, he scowled for much of the speech and sounded as though he were spitting out his words. Smiles formed at inopportune times, such as when he described a boy’s failure in public school.

Eric Cantor wants to rebrand his Party, and today he pitched a kinder, gentler GOP.
Cantor: "Our goal is to make sure every American has a fair shot to success."
A fair shot to success. I have to admit, I like the sound of that. Come to think of it, that sounds familiar. Where have I heard that before?
Obama: "Well it starts by making sure everyone in America gets a fair shot at success."
A fair shot of success! Of course! That's from the President's famous speech on economic fairness given in Kansas back in 2011. It was a speech that defined his campaign for reelection and his fight for the Middle Class.
Mr. Cantor must have taped that speech because today he hit the same points using the same language, again and again.
. . . Imitation is really the sincerest form of flattery. But here's the catch - the rhetoric might have changed, but the philosophy, not so much.
